A dreamy ice-cream sundae made tableside from Dovetale's signature Knickerbocker Glory trolley designed to invoke memories and delight.

The nostalgic ice-cream carts, made with brass detailing and pops of pastel colors, have a great story of their own. Handcrafted by Seymour Powell, a London-based design company whose best known project is the Virgin Galactic spacecraft’s high-tech interior, the carts have been rightly nicknamed Apollo 11 and 13.
